  • What should I do if a coupon issued by Shilpa Classic is not working?
    It is possible your coupon may not be working because 1. the validity on the coupon has expired. 2. the coupon has been used. 3. the coupon is not applicable on certain items. 4. your Shopping Cart Value does not meet the value for which you entered the coupon.
  • Can I combine multiple coupon codes on one purchase?
    You can use one coupon on a single transaction, you cannot use multiple coupons on the same order. You can also add items to your cart to get discounts if any offer is available.
